ClinicPOS is the first clinic management program
designed for TCM Practitioners in
Australia
. This program is
very easy to use. It enables you to manage the following information.
Features:
Appointment - The Calender lets you enter and view
appointments by different practitioners.?You can choose any dates to view
appointment.?This is handy of
looking at past or upcoming appointments; and schedule new appointment.
Patient
Consultation - The
consultation module is the heart of the program. The consultation
data collected will be recorded on the Progress Note, generate
Prescription, Tax invoices and Reports. There are 8 different
consultation forms within the consultation module, they are:
1. Profile
2. Insurance
3. Medical History
4. Signs/Symptoms
5. Dx(=Diagnosis) & Herbal Prescription
6. Acupuncture
7. Progress Notes
8. Progress Notes History
Progress Notes
- All of the patient’s
consultation data will be recorded in the progress note. ClinicPOS will group the data under 4 headings for
easy review: Subjective, Objective, Assessment and Diagnosis. Plus
there is an extra ‘Plan’ page on the progress notes for you
to write additional information.
Progress Notes
History - You can select
different dates to view or print out patient’s previous
consultation history.
Digital Files - The digital files function allows you to
attach or view picture, X-ray or file etc. of your patient. It is a
very helpful function for you to monitor the progress of the patient
especially those patient who comes to you for skin conditions.
Prescription - You can print out herbal prescription to
your patient. The following information is recorded on the herbal
prescription: the Pin Yin name of the herbs, dosage of the herb,
decoction method and special instruction. Your clinic information,
practitioner name and AACMA number, date of prescription ordered,
patient’s name/gender/sex and file number.
Point of Sale -
The Point of Sale module
allows you to generate invoice for the patient’s consultation, or
any over the counter sales. The following information is recorded on
the Tax invoice: Clinic information; Patient’s name and address;
Practitioner’s name, APN, Provider number, Association name;
Invoice number and date; service or items sold; amount and quantity; or
any GST.
Reports - The Report module comes ready with reports
including: Practitioners reports (Patient seen reports/ Upcoming
appointment reports); Sales Profits reports(By Practitioners, By
Patients(services/products),By products, By Suppliers and What is
selling; Insurance Payment reports; GST reports.
Email - The email module allows you to send email
to your patient. You can select different option to send out email e.g.
By “diagnosis”, “birthday”,
“gender”, “service”, “product”,
“or expense”. You can send bulk email or personalized
email.
Inventory - The inventory module, links with the Point
of Sale, allows you to set up products and services. The price of the
products and services charged will be automatically calculated. You can
view the quantity of the items left in your inventory to alert you for
reordering.
SMS/Letter/Events
setup (Professional version)
- The professional version has extra features including SMS, template
modules and Events setup.
TCM Library - The Library consists of Herbs library,
Formula library and Acupuncture library. For your convenience, this
program has already input about 400 herbs, 200 formula and 14 meridians
+ extra ordinary points database, however, you are able to add or
change the database to create your own clinic library to reflect your
own expertise. The database from the herbal, formula and TCM data will
be used to generate herbal prescription.
